The butchery Guber was founded in the year 1974 in Thansüß in the Upper Palatinate Forest (Bavaria) and has moved 1982 to Mantel.

Since then we try to combine modern technology and tradition.
We are one of the last butchers still traditional with beech wood smoke and do not use computer-controlled smoking generators. This is reflected in the unique and intense taste that many of our customers appreciate so much.
