Right from the start, the ReSy4 recipe software offers a report called Recipe check, which shows which ingredient in a recipe leads to which declaration. This is important and time-saving if a butcher e.g. B. discovers that a sausage contains sulfites, which he does not want in the sausage or on the label. The recipe check then immediately reveals which spice mixture this additive was used to add to your own product.
