Thüfleiwa Thuringian meat and sausage products We are a medium enterprise for the production of original Thuringian meat and sausage products, which can look back on a 100-year tradition. Currently we employ 145 workers. We have a powerful production and processing sector. In our decomposition up to 5 tonnes carcass halves of beef and pork and meat parts are processed into production and trade of meat daily. The weekly sausage production is about 20 t. The half carcasses invariably come from establishments with a guarantee of origin. Since 1996 we are in possession of an EU approval. Besides, our company has been in accordance with the QS-criteria certified for meat and meat products in the processing stage in 2006. Since November 2010 we are certified according to the ISO 22000. We operate 27 branches in Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt. Since 1994 apprentices are trained in the disciplines "Fleischer for delicatessen and canned" and "seller in food trade" in our company.
