Schrutka-Peukert is the specialist for freshness (bakery, confectionery, cafes, bistro, butchery, delicatessen and food retail). We deliver everything from a single source, ie complete shop fittings are designed, planned, manufactured and assembled. Schrutka-Peukert has been successfully selling its shop fittings in Eastern Europe for several years. At the center of every facility are refrigerated, gastro and presentation counters, which, as the KUBUS counter family, either straight or with a curved basic shape, set new accents in technology and design. The new Gastro Vario counter is highly innovative and perfectly accompanies the possibilities of the snack and snack bar. The bread shelf also provides new possibilities and flexibility in the presentation of goods. We plan individually according to your taste and your space options, nothing off the shelf! We offer natural maturing with a show effect. Compared to other dry aging chambers, our ripening chamber is equipped with a functional back wall made of salt stones. Thanks to LED lighting, this not only ensures an impressive look, but also compensates for a disadvantage of the normal dry aged beef method: The Premium Meat Ager actually enriches the air with fine salt particles thanks to the patented technology. On the one hand, these promote the drying process through the hygroscopic effect, on the other hand, the salt has a germ-inhibiting effect. The meat matures completely naturally and without any additives to a dry aged product with an incomparable taste. Similar to the so-called salt lambs raised directly on the coast, our patented salt ripening method refines and intensifies the natural taste of the meat. On the technical side, thanks to our 100% in-house development and production, we are able to manufacture the Premium Meat Ager tailored to any spatial situation (minimum dimensions 1,50 mx 1,50 m) glazed on up to three sides. Our Dry Aged product family is completed by our Premium Meat Focus display cabinet and the Premium Meat Select counter module.
