Handtmann Customized Solutions supplement standard solutions
When standardized solutions reach their limits, it is time to find individual approaches. Handtmann system solutions are technically mature, tried and tested over many years and can be used flexibly. However, some customer requirements require individual solutions. In the sense of “My idea. My solution”, Handtmann will focus even more on specific customer requests from 2022. With the new HANDTMANN CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS (HCS), the traditional Upper Swabian company will respond even more flexibly to individual customer needs and special requirements in the future. “The production processes of our customers – the food manufacturers – are as individual as the eating habits today. With the new Handtmann Customized Solutions (HCS), we will be able to offer our customers tailor-made solutions for individual requirements in proven Handtmann quality,” says Harald Suchanka (CEO Handtmann F&P). A technically and internationally experienced team works exclusively for Handtmann Customized Solutions at the Biberach and Dutch Amersfoort locations. It develops those tailor-made solutions that the customer needs for his individual production process: from product preparation to insertion into the packaging. The customer-specific solutions are based on the proven Handtmann series machines, which are expanded and modified in a variety of customer-specific ways. Both minor modifications to series machines and the design of individual production lines are possible. Sustainable action in technology development and sponsoring
The food industry is in a state of upheaval and, among other things, faces the challenge of developing new concepts that primarily meet the aspect of sustainability. Replacing resources of animal origin or at least supplementing them with alternatives is also part of these concepts, as are modern, energy-efficient technologies for processing food (Handtmann has been a long-standing member of the Blue Competence sustainability initiative (1) and thus undertakes to comply with the twelve sustainability principles of European mechanical and plant engineering. The energy-efficient and extraordinarily durable system platforms from Handtmann are certified according to the latest energy efficiency criteria of the TÜV-SÜD-EME standard). As a family-run company with a firmly established canon of values ​​for sustainable and future-oriented action, Handtmann has been committed to alternative concepts in food processing for two decades.
