Winter Fancy Food Show

The sister fair of the Winter Fancy Food Show is the traditional Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, which is also held annually and is the largest trade fair of its kind in the USA and was founded in 1952. Both trade fairs focus on topics such as sustainability, networking, regional products and charitable aspects. The organization has over 3,000 members and publishes the Specialty Food Magazine.
