The industrial production of food requires the planning and execution of processing and packaging processes. Complex production lines must be put into operation, controlled, monitored and maintained.

Constant monitoring of product quality guarantees food safety and constant product characteristics at a high level. For this purpose the construction, the maintenance and constant improvement of hygiene and quality management systems are necessary.

The need for products must be determined; The purchase of raw materials, the storage and the distribution of the final products are to be planned, implemented and controlled. New products have to be developed and brought to market maturity.

We do not train specialists for a product group, but rather industry-oriented food technicians with professional experience.

They assume versatile tasks in the middle function area and work team- and project-oriented.
