Central Association Naturdarm eV

The central Naturdarm eV (ZVN) represents since 1947 the interests of German specialist companies that deal with trade and the processing of natural casings. The focus of the association activities is put on ensuring the quality advantages of high-quality natural casings and full food security of refined raw material.

Currently, 31 companies are part of the Zentralverband Naturdarm eV, which employs approximately 6.000 employees in Germany and abroad. All processing establishments have, without exception, the EU approval with the appropriate EV number, which is indicated for each delivery of the goods and ensures the clear identification of the respective natural dairies operation.
